About this event

In children’s homes, leadership goes beyond managing rotas or ticking compliance boxes; it’s about how you engage in the moments that truly matter. This session examines the significance of purposeful, emotionally aware leadership that fosters an environment where trust flourishes, teams stabilise, and young people thrive, while fully adhering to children’s home regulations and Ofsted expectations.

Learning Outcomes:

Led by Dr. Natalie V. Bailey, this virtual workshop is specifically designed for team leaders, supervisors, and managers in residential care who aspire to lead with intention rather than impulse, all within the established frameworks of regulatory bodies.

You’ll explore how small yet impactful shifts in communication, presence, and relational awareness can create a positive ripple effect throughout team culture, ensuring compliance with national standards. This workshop emphasises leadership that not only holds authority but also creates space for authentic connections.

Lead in a way that not only aligns with regulation but also settles the chaos, strengthens your team, and brings clarity, even during the most challenging moments.

About the Trainer:

Dr Natalie V. Bailey is a psychologist, TEDx speaker and trainer known for her impactful work in children’s homes, supported accommodation, and emotional well-being services.
