Join us for an exciting afternoon of learning and networking at our Collaboration Workshop! This in-person event will be held at the ICC Belfast, where you'll have the opportunity to engage in a free interactive business simulation, and network with likeminded individuals from local companies.

What is it?
A simulation is a real-time, immersive learning tool that replicates real-world business scenarios to allow participants to make decisions, strategise and problem-solve as a team. Our simulation creates a psychologically-safe environment where risks can be taken without fear of failure.
A key part of the simulation is to encourage collaboration, both inside an organisation and externally. The premise of the simulation is that individual teams represent different companies who are negotiating to work together as a collective for both individual and common good.
Who is it for?
The simulation is appropriate for leaders and managers in a business who regularly collaborate with other teams or departments, either internally or externally.
What sorts of businesses does it work for?
Business Simulations typically delivers its simulations to large companies in the Fortune / FTSE 500. This event gives attendees a chance to experience for free this valuable form of leadership training.
