Connected Hull: Inspiring big data stories with Sonic Pi

Join us for an evening of showcases and music with Dr Sam Aaron, creator of Sonic Pi, as we share data from Connected Hull projects.

Come along and hear the 'Sounds of Hull' with the city's big data collected from community activities such as the latest weather project, school programmes, family challenges and Blade's final journey.

We'll be listening to our projects in a way we haven't heard before!

The city’s ‘Things Network’ (LoRa network) continues to evolve and collect big data as project ideas as opportunities with the internet of things extend across the city.

Parking:

If you’re arriving by car, then please use HU4 7AB for your sat nav and enter the school car park from Pickering Road

You won’t be able to access the car park from the main entrance and front of the school.

Refreshments:

Light refreshments (drinks and biscuits) will be available before the event.

Under 16s are encouraged to join this family friendly evening, but need to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.
