Our guest speaker is Christina Rundcrantz of BBi Communication, an expert in this subject and a valued friend of HIC. Her insights are especially valuable for anyone working in international settings, whether as an employee or an employer.
Drawing on established communication models and sources, Christina invites us to reflect on our own cultural attitudes while learning to understand others. Which cultures value direct communication, and in which must we “read between the lines”? How can we communicate more effectively with international colleagues and friends, and avoid subtle but important misunderstandings?
