Description
Retaining clients across generations: Not so long ago, a wealthy client’s relationship with their financial adviser or investment manager would simply be passed onto the next generation along with the client’s wealth – but that no longer automatically holds true. Our research shows the next generation investors are likely to be more enquiring, to take recommendations from their peers, engage in FinTech and to seek alternative advice options – which means there needs to be a compelling reason to remain with the incumbent adviser. Our Autumn 2018 Symposium focuses on our latest research into 'Baby Boomers' and 'Millennials' savings and investment preferences and how advice and wealth management firms can engage both to ensure their wealth is retained. Seats come with a complimentary copy of our research paper and are limited. CPD is available.
