The scheme is a short-term opportunity for you and a civil servant from a Devolved Government to connect and shadow each other This two-way mutual skills and knowledge shadowing programme will help to deepen your understanding of how the Devolved Governments are structured and the work they do. The programme is critically important as it will help to build devolution capability across the civil service and is an essential part of strengthening how civil servants across the UK work and collaborate.
