Event Details

Our One Day Intermediate Front Crawl Swim Analysis Clinic shows how and where you can improve your swim technique to refine your front crawl stroke.

Our coaching, with expert four point video analysis above and underwater, provides practical steps to help you swim with greater efficiency and speed.

We’ll adapt your swim technique with our tried and tested stroke analysis methods from combined 30 years of coaching swimmers and triathletes, and teach you cutting edge swim skills and drills.

In the Intermediate swim clinic we'll show you how to improve each of the 5 phases of the front crawl stroke, (entry, catch, pull, push and recovery) teaching you the best driills and techniques for each phase. You'll also receive individual drills and stroke correction techniques which are more bespoke to you.

Learn how to control your pacing, reduce drag, become more streamlined, build your fitness. In essence you'll become a Speedier Swimmer!

How do you know if the intermediate swim clinic is right for you?

By 'Intermediate Swimmer' we mean you are in the 1:36 to 2:07 speed range when you swim 100 metres. You want to improve your swimming because you're a competitive triathlete / swimmer or you enjoy swimming for fitness. You should be able to swim 400 metres between 6:30 and 8:30 minutes.
