The CIEH Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing Course is regulated in England by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). The course provides a thorough understanding of food safety and food hygiene procedures emphasising the importance of monitoring staff and controls.
Who needs this qualification?
Managers and supervisors in small, medium or large food and drink manufacturing businesses. Particularly relevant for those who have to develop or monitor HACCP based food safety management procedures and systems.
