This intermediate course is aimed at people who are developing their silks prowess! If you are interested in improving your silks stamina and building sequences from the core moves and learning new ones, then this is the course for you.
You must be able to invert from a climb, foot lock and hip lock comfortably and be safe and confident in all basic moves in the air to attend this course.
The hour and a half class will involve a warm-up (including some conditioning on and off the equipment) before moving on to working on the silks. Each class ends with a relaxing cool-down!
Please wear clothing which covers your skin (including a long sleeved top), but nothing with zips, studs etc. and no jewellery which may damage the silks. You may also wish to bring water, a notebook, pen, and a camera.
Please note the course must be booked for the full six weeks; you cannot book onto some of the dates or turn up on the night without pre booking. Greentop reserves the right to cancel this workshop with 7 days' notice in the event of it being undersubscribed. In this case your fee will be reimbursed.
The course runs 8-9.30pm Fridays 23 & 30 Sept, 7, 15, 21 & 28 Oct
