As per usual, North Tea Power will be serving the city's finest coffees, teas and a frankly beautiful selection of beers (a handful of which will be available at a special price on a first-come first-served basis). So why not wind down from your day at work in this most beautiful setting and take a look at this Manchester made, internationally sold publication?
Issue One is the culmination of a 10-month journey that has seen us go from a simple idea, to a Kickstarter success story and now to a bona fide new independent magazine. It has been a bumpy old ride at times but somehow, we have pulled it off and now we want to celebrate that. What better way to do so than to show off even more great work from the immensely talented young creatives that are the backbone of our first issue? Come on down and join us in re-affirming our intentions to push the internship debate forward.
When & Where
Intern Magazine / She Was Only
She Was Only have been resonsible for the design and art direction of intern magazine from day one. Chris (from SWO) and Alec (intern) worked together at Boat Magazine where the plan was hatched. Somewhat gloriously, the launch falls on She Was Only's first birthday so there is all the more reason to celebrate what has been a great challenge and a joyous collaboration.
