Join us for an evening of internal peace and profound connection in the breathtaking surroundings of The Land
If you often feel pulled in many directions, weighed by guilt, or disconnected from your true self, this gathering is for you. We’ll use Internal Family Systems (IFS) meditation to gently explore what’s beneath the surface: the parts of you that long for peace, for self-acceptance, for clarity.
You’ll be guided by Tessa Rigby, a certified IFS practitioner with over 25 years of meditation practice and professional training in counselling. Tessa is known for her compassionate, down-to-earth approach and her ability to create safe spaces where real change can unfold.
This space offers more than a meditation practice; it offers relief, rest, a chance to slow and grow into a deeper knowing of who you are.
