Keeping your bike steering, pedalling, and rolling smoothly are the jobs of the bearing systems in your headset, bottom bracket, and wheel hubs. You probably don't lie awake at night thinking about them, but when they start to go bad, you'll know about it (e.g. a "notchy" steering feel, or "wobbly" cranks). In this course you'll learn how these super-important bearing systems work, and how to overhaul them so they run as smooth as silk.
Course limited to 5 participants, so don't delay, sign up today!
