Event Information
About this event
Aspirin, with its 125-year history, continues to generate considerable interest and research worldwide. Aspirin and its potential clinical indications are not confined to a single disease area but extend to cardiology, neurology, oncology, rheumatology and obstetrics. Aspirin continues to be widely considered an essential medicine in many parts of the world, and attracts multidisciplinary interest from clinicians and scientists who share the drive to improve clinical practice with appropriate use of this unique drug.
This conference will feature presentations from experts in each of these fields and international round table discussions designed to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, ideas and inspiration for how we can best utilise aspirin for the global improvement of human health and well-being.
Professor Andrew Chan, the conference chair comments “This scientific conference brings together a multidisciplinary group of international thought leaders in the field of aspirin and chronic disease prevention and treatment. Together, we will provide a thorough understanding of the current state of the science and stimulate discussion about new directions for aspirin research”.
The conference is a hybrid meeting, open to academics, medical specialists, researchers and healthcare professionals.
