Pipe Major Hugh Donald Mackay 'Address to the Haggis', mini concert performance from the award-winning George Heriot School Pipe Band before indulging in a bespoke three-course set meal, a wee performance from Elizabeth Gollan Highland Dancers alongside some well-known faces, including content creator Ryan Sullivan, Emily in Scotland, Greig McBride of Scotland Uncovered, Britain's Got Talent International superstar Susan Boyle and BGTs 2025 Finalist and Simon Cowells Golden Buzzer, Vinnie McKee!!
