Join our free yoga session with 1000 Glaswegians moving together for International Yoga Day 2025.
This special event is hosted by the Consulate General of India, Edinburgh, and Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust, with support from Glasgow Indians Association and our sponsors. It brings together communities from across Glasgow and beyond to celebrate the global power of yoga.
Yoga embodies the harmony of mind and body, balancing thought and action while uniting restraint with fulfilment. It brings together the body, mind, spirit, and soul, providing a holistic approach to health and well-being that fosters peace in our busy lives. We celebrate its transformative power each year on International Day of Yoga with a family-friendly event for all ages and abilities.
🧘 What to Bring:
A yoga mat (a limited number will be available on-site)
Water bottle and comfortable clothing
An open heart and a willingness to try something new!
