International Festival of Childhood (IFC2017) Conference
MUCH MORE THAN JUST A CONFERENCE!
The first of its kind in the world, the conference element of the International Festival of Childhood (IFC2017) consists of a 4 day seminar, bringing together some of the leading thinkers to share their thoughts, concerns and ideas about modern childhood. Conference attendees will also have access to an extravaganza of playful events and activities as Bath demonstrates its commitment to becoming a UNICEF Child Friendly City.

Full ticket holders will have guaranteed Main Hall seating, unreserved seating access to the smaller stages, and priority access to the campus-based and city-wide programme of events (most of which will be free). Coffee, tea and picnic lunches are included in all Main Hall prices.
Edge Theatre only tickets have unreserved seating for the smaller stages and do not include catering. Ticket holders will also have easy access to the campus-based events. Please leave plenty of time to ensure that you get to see the speakers that you want!

Cancellation/Refund Policy We offer a 14 day cancellation period, unfortunately any requests for a refund received after this time cannot be accepted. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any advertised speakers that, through unforseen circumstances, are then unable to attend.
Seminar attendees will be able to book the adjacent student accommodation (which is extremely good value and provides regular bus access to the main city) along with the pay-and-play facilities of the Olympic-quality Team Bath Sports Training Village.
Please note that the accommodation is managed by the University and not the event organisers. To book your accommodation please use this link. The University admission rules do not permit residential stays by under 18 year olds. Please note that for conference attendees availability is being extended to include the 28th and 29th June.
