This highly interactive seminar takes you through the various stages of the negotiation process and is partly designed around the very sucessful ’Cambridge Business English Skills’ series. Each  participant will receive a copy of ’International Negotiations’ by Mark Powell.



This seminar is for intermediate to advanced business professionals who operate within an intercultural working environment and  want to develop and build on their negotiation skills


OUTCOMES: you will

  •  become familiar with the theoretical framework of negotiating
  •  develop a clear working definition of what an effective negotiation is
  •  identify areas for personal development e.g. skills and behaviour
  •  plan, reasearch and carry out a simulation
  •  explore ways of dealing  with common communication (linguistic & intercultural) challenges
  •  explore the all important issue of power

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Options are also available for an e- ticket to be displayed on the Eventbrite application for iphone


What is the refund policy?

Refunds are set according the cancellation policy; 2 weeks prior to event for both parties = full refund


The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
