International Peer Leadership Network for Managers

Actions and Detail Panel

    Online event

A global community for managers and leaders of peer support positions to learn, share, and connect with one another.

    About this event

The International Peer Leadership Network for Managers provides a forum for managers and leaders who have implemented peer support positions into their organisations and services, or those are interested in doing so.

This forum allows you to come together with leaders from across the globe to share insights, ask questions, learn from one another, share best practices, or learn how to avoid the pitfalls of implementing and delivering peer support in your organisation.

    • Join a global network of managers and leaders of peer support positions
    • Develop your understanding and approach to leading and implementing peer support
    • Have your questions answered on troubleshooting peer support design, implementation, and delivery
    • Develop personally and professionally through a co-curated programme of initiatives and activities
    • Learn fresh ideas and more about global peer support initiatives
    • Identify and spread good practice and innovation
    • Learn what peer leadership can look like

The positive impact of peer support in community and health settings is well documented. We know that putting this theory into practice can be challenging. We want to see the roles of peer support thrive which means supporting organisations to follow the evidence and continue to learn from what works.

Managers, leaders, and supervisors of peer supporters at all levels are welcome to join and learn.

We are beginning with hosting 3 events over the next few months to establish the best format and meeting schedule and will book ongoing meetings
