One World Media holds workshops for students, recent graduates and anyone interested in global affairs and international reporting and filmmaking. Our day-long workshops provide practical skills and advice on how to make media in developing countries – covering topics from safety and ethical concerns to storytelling and how to engage an audience. For more info, visit our website.
All who attend our workshop are eligible to apply for our production fund, which provides new and emerging journalists and filmmakers with the opportunity to make media in developing countries. Read more about the One World Media production fund here.
Award-winning journalist Jenny Kleeman will run this workshop. Throughout her career, Jenny has travelled around the world to find interesting characters and challenging subjects to turn into film and print. She regularly reports for Unreported World, Channel 4’s critically acclaimed foreign affairs documentary strand. She also writes regular features for The Guardian, The Sunday Times, The Times, The Independent, Broadcast, Monocle and Marie Claire. To read more about Jenny's work, click here.

Please note that lunch and refreshments are included in the ticket price. If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact us in advance of the event.
