This event is for international students to collect their student ID card and where applicable collect their BRP from the University.
You must only book 1 ticket per person. Appointments are in demand and a fellow student will be stopped from getting their ID card and documents if you book multiple slots.
It is essential that you pick up your BRP as this is the documentary evidence of your UK immigration permission.
- You must bring your original passport and visa documents (including your current BRP if you already have it) with you.
- You must complete online enrolment using SIMS Online before you come to collect your ID card.
Due to social distancing, numbers are restricted for the event and you will only be permitted entry to the venue on the date and time on your booking/ticket.
If you have uploaded a photo on SIMS and it has been approved, we will print this on your Student ID card. If you have been unable to upload a photo on SIMS, we will take your photo at the venue.
You will need to show either an electronic or paper copy of your ticket to enter the venue.
If you do not have a ticket, or you come to the venue on a different date or time to that on your ticket, we will be unable to allow entry and will direct you to make another booking via Eventbrite.
