International Undergraduate Student Welcome 2025

Calling all new international UG students! Join us at our International Welcome Event and Welcome Fair—your chance to get essential information, meet key staff and services, and connect with fellow students. Enjoy talks from academics, international alumni, and staff, followed by a fair with helpful resources and refreshments to kickstart your Imperial journey.

Timings:

• 14.00-15.00: Welcome Talks in Lecture Theatres G16 and G34, Sir Alexander Fleming Building
• 15.00-16.00: Fair in the Sir Alexander Fleming Building foyer

Please note that Eventbrite is a third-party Cloud service, and does not provide the level of information security and data protection for your data you would normally expect from an Imperial College information service. We expect you to provide your full name and email address and CID for this event, and you will have to register with the Eventbrite service as a personal consumer.
