About this event

Do you feel like your days are passing you by? Too much work to do? No work at all? Expectations and responsibilities dragging you down? Feeling down, anxious or unmotivated?

Need someone to talk to? A place to vent and grow?

We are here for you.

This Support Meeting will take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month.

(There’s no obligation to attend each session.)

Our Support Meetings are where you can truly be open and free to talk about your experiences, and feel heard and accepted. This group is led by like-minded volunteers with lived experience. Each meeting focuses on a different topic and uses therapeutic arts to raise self awareness and encourage acceptance and change. We cover topics like anger, forgiveness, self-confidence, family, conflict resolution, self-love etc.

It is open to all countries, for anyone aged 18-35. All discussions are completely confidential (unless you or someone else's safety is at immediate risk). This is a free session although we do appreciate any donations as it helps us maintain this safe space.

  • Please have colouring materials (pencil is fine too) and paper ready. 🤗
  • Please don’t be late as this may disrupt the flow of the session for other guests. ⏰
  • Please have your camera on for privacy reasons (let us know if you don’t feel up for it on the day). 📷
  • It's ok to feel nervous. You don’t have to participate in the exercises if you don’t want to, no one will pressurise you. 😊
  • Feel free to bring a friend if that would be more comfortable for you, please let us know in advance (or book 2 seats).
  • We will usually send you the Zoom log-in details 2 days before the meeting.

Deepanshi founded non-profit Rain On Me in 2018, after living with mental health struggles for over a decade. She wanted to meet people who would understand her and reassure her that she was not alone in her struggles. Of course, as more people started attending, she realised how badly everyone else needed this sense of community as well. And now in the form of a free, London and international peer support group, Rain On Me provides a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone needing to vent their mental distress or work on their self-growth. Rain On Me's in-person monthly sessions take place at Charing Cross Library.
