During Steve’s many roles over the years, delivering excellent customer experiences across retail channels, by exploiting insight and technology whilst building high performing teams and effective systems has been his main drive. Currently at BBC Worlwide where he is Vice President, eCommerce, Steve is responsible for the roll out of a cohesive direct to consumer proposition designed to maximise customer lifetime value through excellent customer experience thereby bringing the fans of BBC content closer to the shows they love. Previous roles include eCommerce Director, Game Group plc, General Manager, Nedstat, Senior Online Marketing Manager, Lloyds TSB and M&S, Channel Development Manager and many more exciting roles throughout his time in digital.
