This course is appropriate for occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists and teaching staff who have either attended Kelly's 2-day training or are using the Interoception Curriculum in practice.

Aimed at providing you with practical solutions for using the Interoception Curriculum in the UK and Ireland including:

• Updates from Kelly, including her research supporting the curriculum
• Presentations by OTs from Thrive currently using the curriculum
• Presentations by teachers using the curriculum
• Adapting the curriculum for non-verbal and/or low cognition
• Adapting the curriculum for adolescents and adults
• Round table and whole group discussions on current and future use of the curriculum
• Sharing of resources, supporting activities and IA on the fly ideas

On the day there will be an area dedicated to posters and visual presentations of the interoception curriculum in practice. If you would like to display or present a poster, please send a 250-500 word abstract describing your poster to info@thrive-ots.co.uk prior to booking your place. Delegates whose posters are selected will receive a 10% discount code for their ticket.

Please send any discussion points you would like added to the day to info@thrive-ots.co.uk by 10th September 2021, so we can ask Kelly to include as many as possible in her presentations on the day.

 The course will run from 9.30am - 4.30pm, allowing 30 minutes for course registration from 9.00am.

A two course, hot lunch will be provided. Please let us know when booking if you have any dietary requirements.
