About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

The Interoception Peer Support Group is aimed at Sencos, Teachers or Teaching Assistants who are actively engaged in supporting a child's interoceptive awareness - either by using a purchased resource such as The Interoception Curriculum, or creating their own programme of activities to complete with pupils.A group coaching format will be used to consider:

  • What's working well ?
  • What's not working so well ?
  • What are my next steps / goals ?

It is anticipated that participants will learn from each other's experiences and gain both confidence and ideas from each other. Each session will be guided by an Occupational Therapist from the SPOTSS team.It is highly recommended that you have attended our Universal Training and our "More About....Interoception" session which can be booked via Eventbrite.

These sessions are open to staff from schools in Cheshire East and Cheshire West & Chester only.
