About Zander Murray
As the first Scottish openly gay professional footballer, I am deeply committed to empowering others to embrace their true authentic selves. My experience extends beyond the field, as I have participated worldwide in panel talks, Q&As, hosting and public speaking engagements at esteemed establishments such as Gay Games Hong Kong, Aviva, LinkedIN and Barclays.
I presented my own documentary titled “Out on the Pitch” on BBC iPlayer and contributed to “View from the Terrace” & “Rylan: Homophobia, Football & Me. Additionally, I am proud to have been acknowledged as a 2023 Trailblazer by Attitude Mag & Pink News.
