Intimacy & Sensuality
Many of us have lost touch with ourselves, we are unable to ask for what we need and in many cases are not even sure what it is we need. This is especially true around sexuality and intimacy where shame is engendered from a young age.
Quite often what we are seeking in these areas is not what nourishes us. By taking some time to reconnect to our sacred bond with ourselves we can become more aware of what we need, how to give it to ourselves and how to ask for it. This helps us to live fuller lives, empowered by our essential intimate and sexual nature.
Over the weekend we will be exploring our relationships with ourselves, breathing life and energy into any dormant parts of ourselves and doing practices to take us into activation and liberation.
The first day about sensuality. It is about getting in touch with our bodies, learning how to be more aware of our boundaries and exploring touch. The evening session includes a beautiful cacao and body painting ritual.
Sunday is about intimacy, deepening our sacred relationships with ourselves and exploring what’s behind our relationships with others. We will explore what intimacy is and the weekend will close with a nourishing touch session.
The emphasis over the weekend is to create a safe and loving environment in which people can feel comfortable to explore these themes. At all times everyone’s boundaries are respected and there is absolutely no non-consensual touch.
You can register separately for each day or both together at a discounted rate.
