INTO-ME-SEE - Breathwork & Live Music Shamanic Dream Journey
Sat 29 October 2016, 19:00 – 22:00 CEST
A journey with the breath and live music into your transparency.
This 4-hour workshop uses the transformational power of the breath combined with the shamanic journeying of live music to create a space of deep healing, consciousness expansion and an invitation to you to boldly open into the transparency of true into-me-see (intimacy!).
Magic music and shamanic dream consciousness will be provided and facilitated by Kristian Kjærgaard and Catharina Messell.
Breathwork will be facilitated by Geoffrey Smith.
The time of living in that closed shutdown space has come to an end. The World, The Universe, Spirit and Love itself are all pushing us to let go of the old paradigms of what it means to be a human on this beautiful planet. We are, individually and collectively, being asked to step out, to step up and dare to show our true beauty and divinity. We cannot do this as long as we stay in the old ideas, habits and beliefs. These no longer serve us or the tribes we find ourselves in.
This workshop is an invitation to you to explore those edges within you that demark these old energies within you and to step over them, allow them to drop. It is an invitation to voyage in inner-space and open the doors to your deepest truth and understandings, to allow your true self to shine, unfettered and free of the limitations of old fears, patterns and trauma Sui Are you ready for this? Do you have the courage for this?
Catharina, Kristian and Geoffrey will create a beautiful, magical and safe space for you to undertake this journey. Starting with a group breathwork you will transition to a musical shamanic journey to arrive in a space where you will really be able to feel who you are and where you have come from – the space of Into-me-see.
There is space for a maximum of 20 participants in this very special event.
The cost is 75 kr for members, and, 150 kr for non-members
There are two free spaces tinkuy members.
