During the course of this 2 action packed days together we will learn and practice the following:
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Life Coaching
- Walks in nature
- Cold exposure in rivers & waterfalls
- Emotional Regulation group talks
This is an opportunity for you to immerse your self into nature and learn and practice processes that can improve and enhance your overall sense of health and well being.
Each person / group will have their own en suite room and will enjoy the use of extensive kitchens to prepare their own food.
The price of the weekend includes accommodation and participation in all group activities.
Transport and food are not provided.
It is up to each attendee to follow local government Covid-19 guidance.
Refunds are not possible after 14 days unless for Covid-19 related challenges. We will work with you if any challenges present themselves.
