This retreat is designed to help you ease yourself into this new season of slowing down. Allowing yourself the space to explore your inner world by listening better and feeling more. A morning of shedding, letting go and allowing yourself to rest deeply. Expect grounding breathwork, embodied practices and an autumnal inspired flow. Connecting with nature and all her wisdom.

From movement into stillness, we'll move through an energising flow and drop into a grounding restorative practice with gentle sounds to soothe your nervous system and invite full relaxation.

We pause for a moment to reflect through our journal and then gather together to connect with others and share a nourishing warm meal prepared by YouJuice - filled with seasonal flavours.

This retreat is going to be very special and I hope to see you there.
