An introduction to the world of 3D Printing, what can we do with 3D Printers and how to do it, by printing a real 3D model

About this event

Participants will be introduced to the world of 3D Printing, what can we do with 3D Printers and how to do it, by printing a real 3D model. The printing process will be explained, as well as the different materials that can be used. Finally we will discuss about tuning the printer and the model to achieve a successful result. The workshop is intended for anyone that has no prior knowledge of 3D printing.

Trainer: Odysseas Economides is an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of Cyprus and winner of Student Innovators Competition of C4E 2017. He graduated from the European Innovation Academy at 2018 and from IDEA Incubator Accelerator at early 2019. He is the Founder of Robo and Teembly but also a Special Scientist supporting the course Technological Entrepreneurship, University of Cyprus.
