Fynn will also be guiding a powerful Somabreath breathwork session leaving you feeling grounded, connected to your body and deeply relaxed.

You’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques to calm stress, boost energy and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or looking to deepen your understanding, this class offers a grounded and practical introduction to building a breathwork practice that supports everyday balance, focus, and inner peace.
