Intro to Jewellery Making with Bden Glass

An introductory jewellery making workshop for people wishing to explore various craft methods and techniques with the result being wearable jewellery items. A wide range of materials will be available for use such as beads, chain, leather, thread, jersey, paper, fabric. Methods available to practice will include threading, joining, pleating, weaving, cutting, sewing, knotting and crochet.
18-60(ish) depending on ability
£30 per person for a 2 hour session, all materials included (maximum 3 pieces to take home)
If personal care assistants are needed they would be able to attend free of charge, unless they also wished to produce a jewellery item to take home in which case it would be the same cost.
Participants would need to have reasonable hand eye coordination, the ability to choose, pick up and organise their materials and be able to communicate their design ideas. Finishing off pieces that require the use of tools will be the sole responsibility of the workshop organiser.
