This session will provide a general overview of the judicial review process and offers hints and tips on how you can assist your colleagues in Legal Advisors and Litigation to put forward the best case possible. The session will cover:
· Working with LITIGATION LAWYERS and Panel Counsel
· Grounds for JUDICIAL REVIEW
· Judicial review PROCEDURE
· Aspects of challenge including WITNESS EVIDENCE and the DUTY OF CANDOUR
