Join Shama Women’s Centre for an interactive Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing workshop, designed to provide practical knowledge, tools, and strategies to support yourself and others.
This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to better understand mental health, improve resilience, and learn effective self-care techniques in a supportive environment.
