The Ultimate Ring Muscle-Up Workshop 💪
Ready to learn one of the most iconic cali skills?
Whether you’ve been training for a muscle-up, or never tried at all, this workshop is the one for you! 
We’ll break down the technique, strength drills, and form essentials you need to build towards your first (or cleaner) ring muscle-up. You’ll learn how to develop the pulling and transition strength, the false grip, and the controlled dip to tie it all together.
Expect to:
✨ Build the specific strength needed for ring muscle-ups
✨ Master proper form, grip, and technique
✨ Learn step-by-step progressions you can keep practicing on your own
✨ Try out your first full reps (with support if needed!)
For this workshop, you'll need to be able to do 8 green banded pull ups, 10 green banded dips, and be able to hang from a bar for at least 10 seconds (if you're not sure, drop me a message!)
No worries if you’ve never rings before - I’ll guide you through everything!
And if you’ve already started your muscle-up journey, we’ll refine your form and push your progress to the next level 🤩
