How long is the workshop?

The workshop will be approx. 3 - 4 hours. Please bear in mind these times are an estimate and vary depending on skill level

What should I wear?

Please wear, sensible closed shoes and no loose clothing: things can get a little messy in a jewellery making environment and whilst apron’s are provided, it’s worth bearing in mind not to wear your very best clothes! Please make sure hair is tied back as we will be working with flames.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, attendees must be 16 years of age and above. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (there is no extra fee).

Where can I park?

There is a Cornwall Council Pay & Display Car park behind the Job Centre on Commercial Road. There is FREE parking on Quay Hill every day. Roadside parking on Commercial Road is 2 hours only and will NOT be suitable Mon-Sat. Exchanger Quay is short stay and will NOT be suitable.

Is there disabled parking?

Disabled parking is available in Jubilee Wharf. This needs to be pre-booked, please may you let us know in advance.

Public transport?

Yes :) There is a regular train service running from Truro to Falmouth via Penryn, with 29 trains a day in each direction. There are regular buses that stop just outside Jubilee Wharf on Commercial Road, Penryn.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If you book a workshop and need to cancel, you can do so up to 14 days before the workshop date to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop date, no refund will be given unless we can fill your spot. If you do not attend on the day for any reason, no refund will be given.
