This training provides an introduction to statutory instruments and what is involved in turning policy into secondary legislation, including top tips for working with lawyers. Suitable for those who have not worked on a statutory instrument before and those seeking a refresher on procedural requirements, the role of the JCSI and SLSC and how to avoid common pitfalls.
