Our Intro to Telecoms offers an in-depth training course that will equip your new starter with the knowledge that will help them hit the ground running.

Due to the current circumstances, we will now be taking Intro to Telecoms online, so you can all join safely. 

Split into three training sessions, attendees will become equipped with the essential knowledge of the products you sell. Covering connectivity, hosted solutions, SIP trunks, Inbound Call Management, and Mobile, as well as traditional Calls and Lines.

The three sessions will run as webinars over three days. You will need to sign up to the first date to receive an invitation for the three sessions via Teams.
