What can I expect during the session?

Expect a grounded, supportive environment where you'll participate in breathwork, reflection, sharing, and a symbolic ritual. You’ll be invited—but not required—to share your story.

No. This is a peer-based support circle, not a replacement for professional therapy. It offers a space for authentic sharing and connection, not clinical intervention.
