Wetsuit (or use one provided by us!), Suitable footwear (wetsuit shoes or old trainers that can get wet), Sunscreen, Water bottle, Positive attitude and a thirst for adventure!

Although it's possible to learn how to handle the wing in most conditions, ideally there wil be some power in the wing.
