Introbiz and Google Training at the Marriott Hotel

It’s a brand new year which means even more opportunities to get your networking right!
Our training events were extremely popular last year, with our members and visitors keen to learn as much as possible when it comes to networking. This is why we’re continuing these sessions throughout the year ahead! The first networking training event of 2017 will be held on Thursday, 9th February from 2pm at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel.
During the training, you’ll learn the 6 Top Tips to Being a Successful Networker. Introbiz’s very own Tracey and Paul Smolinski will be covering the topics, including how to stand out as a natural networker, the importance of focusing on people rather than technology, being committed, the business card strategy, how to use your new Fortune in the Follow Up book and finally, how using social media can get you more customers.
The training session will be followed by our highly popular power group event from 4-6pm. Take the tips that you’ve learnt at the training into the networking event. During the first hour, you’re free to network and connect informally with the other guests whilst the second hour will take on a more formal turn as you take your place at your designated power group table. If you’re new to the power group events, you’ll be sat on a table with 8 or 9 other companies and you’ll have 5 minutes to talk about your business and what you do. At the end of the session, there’ll be an opportunity to hand out business cards and ask or answer any questions you may have.
The prices for the event is as follows:
£12 for members for both the training and the networking event
£22 for visitors for both the training and the networking event
£15 for the training only for both members and visitors
