An organisation that embraces diversity and inclusion is the goal for many employers, but how can you put this into practice?

This training session will concentrate on helping leaders* introduce a meaningful workforce development policy, including:

• the different entry routes they use

• what they want to use these routes to do

• their recruitment approaches and commitments they will make

* Anyone in an organisation that makes decisions regarding recruitment

This session will be delivered by Creative & Cultural Skills as part of The National Archives’ programme of inclusive recruitment training.
