Event description
Put diversity and inclusion at the heart of your organisation - practical advice and steps for organisational change for leaders.

About this event

This session concentrates on helping employers introduce a meaningful workforce recruitment policy, encouraging them to actively consider the different entry routes they use, what they want to use these routes to do and the recruitment approaches and commitments they will make as company, with diversity and inclusion at the heart.

This session takes a deeper dive into Introducing a Workforce Recruitment Policy, building on where our Best Practice Guide to Recruitment session ends. Whilst it is not essential to have attended our Best Practice Guide to Recruitment training beforehand, it may help you get the most out of this session if you do.

This session lasts for 90 minutes (including breaks). It can accommodate up to 30 delegates and is accompanied by a Best Practice Recruitment Guide for Creative Leaders

If you have particular access requirements, please contact us after you have booked to discuss these.

---

This training event has been kindly funded by Arts Council England, and consequently is only available to organisations based in England. We are currently exploring other funding options to make this available in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
