Introducing and exploring Authentic Relating & ARE

By College of Healing Arts

Overview

Bringing the community together to explore awareness, communication, and authentic connection.

Curious about deeper connection and more authentic communication? Join us for a playful and interactive introduction to Authentic Relating (AR) and ARE (Authentic Relating Experience). This open day is a safe and welcoming space to explore self-awareness, practice relational skills, and connect with like-minded people.

What’s in store:

  • Connect & Play: Meet others through fun, interactive exercises and games.
  • Learn & Explore: Experience both structured AR activities and spontaneous ARE interactions.
  • Reflect & Integrate: Share insights, practice new skills, and leave with practical tools to bring into your everyday life.
  • Community & Connection: Build genuine relationships in a supportive, playful environment.

Whether you’re completely new to AR/ARE or just curious to explore, this event offers a warm, engaging space to discover new ways of relating—and maybe even make lasting connections!
