Join us at Sandridge Village Hall for a fun in-person workshop where you'll learn all about the art of intarsia knitting. We will guide you through the process of creating beautiful designs using different coloured yarns to add impact and detail.

The creation of colour panels within patterns through Intarsia knitting is charming and very effective. Rather than using multi stranded knitting continuously across the work (known as Fairisle) intarsia is neat and self-contained within a larger piece and doesn’t result in extra bulk. The Lavender Bag, designed by Frances is the perfect pattern to learn the technique and results in a useful addition to your wardrobe! This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to expand their knitting skills.
