About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Are you a coach, therapist, facilitator or retreat leader who uses journaling in your work — or would like to?

Join us for a reflective and practical workshop exploring how journaling can deepen your clients’ insight, integration and inner connection.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The different ways you might already use journaling
  • What can get in the way of clients engaging with the practice
  • How to introduce journaling so that clients can develop the skills of self-reflection
  • A look at different approaches to journaling — including Flow Journaling and the Letters of Love practice
  • The benefits of combining structure with spaciousness to support lasting inner work

This will be a discursive and experiential session, offering space for you to share your experiences and learn from others, while also gathering inspiration, tools and gentle structure to bring journaling more fully into your work.

Whether you’re new to journaling or looking to deepen how you use it with others, this workshop is designed to support you in making journaling a meaningful part of your professional toolkit.

This event will be recorded - so if you want to come but not sure you can make it, please REGISTER for the event & you'll also receive the recording.

By signing up for this free event, you're also joining the Inner Work Project's mailing list so we can share the recording and exclusive discounts. You can choose what you'd love to receive, and can (of course) unsubscribe any time.
