Introducing Libdo: A Pelvic Floor Restorer
Overview
Libdo is a pelvic floor exercise class designed by women for women.
It directly strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, while also toning the glutes, thighs and abdomen. Libdo increases movement and flexibility in the lower back, pelvis, tailbone and hips.
Women doing Libdo report numerous benefits, including seeing an immediate improvement in their pelvic floor, positive changes in their hormonal cycles, and improved confidence and pleasure. The workout is also super fun!
This 90 minute introduction workshop is designed for absolute beginners to Libdo. We will do the workout at a slow pace and deep dive into key poses.
