Description

This three hour workshop is an introduction to the concepts of Mindfulness and Meditation.

You will learn how Mindfulness and Meditation can help to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, in an easy to understand format.

Part of the workshop includes practising simple Meditations which is safe and effective. However, if you are under supervision by the mental health team/health care provider, it is advisable to inform them that you will be attending, a consent form will need to be completed on arrival.

Tea, Coffee, Water and Biscuits will be provided, and there is free parking at the venue.

There are two sessions available, you will only need to book on one of them:

Morning Workshop start 9.30 finish 12.30

or

Afternoon Workshop start 13.00 finish 16.00

Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
