The extension of Oxford Advanced Skills at the Culham Science Centre creates an opportunity to enrich the training provided to an expanded cohort of apprentices, working with the Oxfordshire, and the Oxfordshire to Cambridge Arc Technology Clusters, specifically, advanced manufacturing, transport and niche vehicles, space, energy, and healthtech.

At the event you will hear more about how your organisation can be involved in key elements of the offer:

1. Providing “real life” Exploratory Research Projects delivered by OAS apprentices, mentored by MTC research engineers

2. Using the employers’ and members’ collaboration space

3. Contributing to the exhibition space featuring MTC and partner demonstrators and

4. Access to the MTC’s Digital Manufacturing Accelerator programme.

As one of the seven centres of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult, the MTC nationally has over 500 research engineers undertaking ground-breaking, late-stage Technology Ready Level research in manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems across multiple sectors. You can now access this resource right in the heart of the Oxfordshire Clusters.

Midday: please collect your security pass from the main reception at Culham Science Centre. A valid passport or driving licence is required when entering the site. From there, you will be directed to the OAS building.
